  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

  • Order Verification & Quality Check: Each order is carefully checked and packed before being shipped to ensure your pet’s happiness and safety.

  • Order Changes: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed, we’re unable to make modifications.
