At Petora, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


🐾 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for most items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet items (like grooming tools, feeders, or beds) may be non-returnable unless defective.


🚚 Return Process

  1. Please email us at support@petora.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address (note: you may be asked to return the item directly to our supplier).

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Late or missing refunds? Please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. Still having issues? Contact us at support@petora.com.


❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order number

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
